We hired Thomas for garden landscaping in Oct. Work was finished quickly, but snagging issues remain unresolved nearly a year later despite repeated promises. He cited bad weather, bereavement, and a driving ban, yet continued trading (sometimes via his brother). Our requests for repairs or a small refund are now ignored. Problems include collapsing stone wall, uneven patio slabs, puddles, unsafe gaps, low grouting, and crumbling edges. Beware—retain payment until work is fully completed.
