The job includes:
Side of House:
Level the side area and lay decorative stone for a neat finish.
Box in the exposed water main using weatherproof materials.
Back Garden:
Remove old flags/paving at the rear of the house.
Level the garden and lay new turf rolls.
General tidy-up to leave the space looking fresh and complete.
Side of Property (Garden Area):
Clear away rubble, mess, and weeds from the side of the property.
Remove all waste and leave the area clean and presentable.
