Today Jorden arrived on time to fix a leak on my roof, I liked the way he provided photo's showing me the problem, I asked Jorden if he could do the work now, He was happy to do that, He was very polite and afterwards advise me of some other issues though not urgent, Jorden is in my contacts for future work, A great guy.
