Project Overview:
Norse Commercial Services Ltd seeks bids for the upgrade and redecoration of the roofs of the Pavilion Gardens complex in Buxton, Derbyshire, a Grade II listed Victorian venue.

Scope of Work:

Upgrade and redecorate existing roofs.
Includes:
Decorative cresting installation
Replacement of rainwater goods
Replacement of cracked windows/glass and roof lanterns
Associated refurbishment work on four roof areas
