The filling, bricks and masonry under the fireplace in sitting room has fallen away into the cellar, in a Victorian house. It is to have some brickwork removed from fireplace in cellar, a new lintel and supporting brickwork replaced to support the fireplace above.
He came on time, already with materials, did the job and cleaned up after and took away all the rubble. He was very good to deal with, and I have already asked him to take on another job for me.
