Re-felting 8ft x 16ft garden shed

We have an 8ft (243 cm) x 16ft (487 cm) apex shed that needs re-felting sometime before the end of November.
Also, the roof ridgeline could do with some kind of capping-off as can be seen in the photos provided.
I am looking for a long-lasting solution, such as a tough, heavy-duty, Polyester-Reinforced roofing felt in a green mineral coating.
The shed is surrounded by fencing and trellis on all sides. Access on two sides is only 60 cm wide and the other two sider being 70 and 115 cm respectively, and the roof pitch is just over 23 degrees. The shed has previously been re-felted in this position, so access is reasonable.

I discussed the job with Tom beforehand and agreed on specific materials to be used, and Tom had a couple of excellent ideas of his own to add to the project.
