Brick up interior and exterior 10"X10" vent holes

Two bedrooms have inactive 1960s Aircon units. Once removed, two 10" x 10" holes remain in each inner and outer skin in each room. These need bricking up. Access to the outer skin of one bedroom is over a ground floor sloping roof.
