The house is a 16th century property in Coddenham. The front bargeboards are old, loose and badly fitted (they fell off!). They need replacing. The front of the house has felting but the rear third has none (clay tiles) whilst the rear of the house (pantiles) also has none.
The tiles and pantiles are generally OK but doubtless some will require replacing. On this basis I would like a quote please.
The property is grade 2* listed. I have spoken to Mid suffolk council and on the basis I have described they see no problems although they would like to be 'kept in the loop' by me

Des (of Keedan's) was very quick to respond to my job advert. He arrived to cost the job at the time we agreed he provided a very reasonable figure for the work and did a commendable job on what was a very awkward position. His subcontractor (scaffolding work) was also quick, tidy and considerate. Happy to be contacted for any details.
