Paint: hall, stairs, landing

This is a 2 bed house, and I require the hall/stairs/landing walls, skirting and ceiling to be painted. Details as follows:

1) Finish removing wallpaper: This area was previously wallpapered and painted over, and I have been unable to get it completely off by hand, as there are places I cannot reach, and also the front of the wallpaper came off fine and left the back of the paper and the glue on the wall. I am told it will be very simple to remove with a steamer.

2) Prepare the walls: The plastering is mostly totally fine, but will need a little bit of skimming of filler or whatever you use around the front door (which has obviously been replaced at some point) and a couple of non-serious cracks around other doors.

3) Painting the walls, ceiling and skirting
