2 rooms: wallpapering and painting

We require decorating for 2 bedrooms (1 single bedroom and 1 double bedroom, average sized)

Both rooms have had their wallpaper stripped and now require someone to come in and finish decorating:
1) finish filling small holes (i.e. picture hooks, curtain rails, etc)
2) sand walls and skirting board
3) hang lining paper
4) paint ceiling, walls and skirting

Also - the single bedroom has a small cupboard - the doors need sanding down and both the doors and internal cupboard walls require repainting.

John was a great find; trustworthy, friendly, high quality -all at an excellent price! We had him prep and paint two bedrooms, including a tremendous amount of filling and sanding to get the finish just right. He handled our comments with ease, even coming over on the weekend to discuss, and worked diligently to get the job done. We will be using him in future for further work around the house.
