Front Garden

1. Digg out topsoil - ideally the grass should be killed off first. Dig out approx.10cm depth bag it all up, but from rough calcs this will be approx. 2.5 cubic meters of soil (based on around 25sqm of area).
2. Fit wood or brick edging – to border of the path
3. Lay weed control geotextile fabric/membrane - To cover a 25-30sqm area.
4. Put down gravel - Need to get 2.5-3.0 cubic meters of this delivered (preferrably). Would prefer larger gravel to stop it becoming a cats toilet. Maybe a 20mm gravel.
5. Lay paving slabs - B+Q do 600x600mm slabs at about £5.00 a slab, 3-4 for the scooter standing and say 3 for the bins to stand on. Plus sand for levelling.
6. Fit Bin screen – to cover the rubbish bins
7. Possibly Plat – large plant in a large Pieris/ Forestii in a pot

Back Garden:

1 - break out old shed concrete base
2- Build raised seed beds using planks (not brick or sleepers)
3 - Put down lawn
4 - Plant plants
5 - Remove waste

Did not turn up for an arranged meeting and never called back to explain why or rearrange.
