Remove a cracked half pedestool hand basin from a tiled wall and fit a similar new one (TC Express Large Basin & Semi Pedestal (1 tap hole) from splashdirect.com http://www.splashdirect.com/Bathroom-Suites/Basins/Pedestal-Basins/sc1587/p13284.aspx). Reuse existing single mixer tap and fittings.
I have spare tiles ... just in case ....
