Painting of damp affected walls and ceiling

Seeking tradesman for painting of damp affected walls and ceiling in our property as well as property below. Damp problem was due to dishwasher leak in our property, which caused minor damp areas on wall of our property, and larger damp areas on walls and ceiling of the flat below. Walls and ceiling of both flats have now been dried. Please send quote including all fees and VAT. Thank you.

He is friendly and professional, provided a very good quote for the 2 day job, and was also accommodating when I asked to reschedule work for the 2nd day.
