We have a terrace with four walls that need replastering (roughly 2X1m, 3X3m, 3X3m and 3X3m) and then painted. Then our security gatesX2 and windowsX2 and separator fence, need metal paint refreshed. All external work.
The decorator (Ryan) was polite, friendly, tidy and efficient. He did a great job which we are very happy with. Our only issue was that we ended up paying ?320 over what was quoted. This was for materials and 'extra' work - our original quote clearly stated that all materials were included and the decorator saw the state of the walls *before* quoting. So we paid up but felt it was unfair. Make sure you get your quote explained clearly as to what it does and does not include.
