I needed some windows adjusted as they were not sealing properly against the main frame. Vygo came out late on a Friday afternoon and diagnosed the problem as poorly fitted friction hinges. A week later on a Saturday afternoon he came again and fitted replacement hinges - problem now solved. He always turned up when he said he would, was always polite and helpful - a joy to have working in my house.

He said he would come the next day but never showed up and didnt call me to apologise or explain. I then texted him 3 days later and he called to say he had been given a big job and that was why he hadnt turned up but he didnt want me to give him a bad rating so he would definitely come at 7pm the next tuesday. Again he didnt arrive and i have not had any contact from him since.
