Short story. Husband has safe (small Chubb) fitted on wall in house. Now has dementia and cannot remember code or where over riding keys are. I wouldn’t care, nothing much in there except passports and I won’t be travelling abroad again. There is however a small amount of cash in paper notes. These run out of tender next month so it would be useful to get them exchanged before then.
Any takers?
I don’t even care if the safe gets damaged as I won’t be using it.
PLEASE HELP.
Safe will need to be drilled so you won’t be able to use it:)

I can open this if required. I can pick the lock or cut open if required, there's also a chance of drilling the lock then replacing barrel so safes undamaged
The safe could possibly be picked. Where are you?
Not all locksmiths can take on a Safe, even what I would call a domestic safe.
I regularly have to open combination safes where the owners have forgotten the number and and have lost the secondary override keys.
I can normally access a safe, using non destructive methods within the hour, change the code and even provide a replacement Override key.
The best way to start for any locksmith, is a photo of the safe and specifically the lock front.
I would be able to get into the safe for you. I'd first try not destructive entry until all options were ruled out but if needed could utilise destructive entry techniques
I can try to pick the lock of safe. If I'm not successful then I will try to make my way in using a different approach.
