What is reasonable quote for re-fitting (labour only) a complete bathroom (2 x 2m, 3 piece suite)? I've been quoted £1000 + VAT. I'm in Romford, Essex. Is that reasonable?
Can't charge vat on labour only
I Should be around 750£ to 900£max
Toilet-150£ / Basin -150£ / bath or shower 250£ / Reroute pipes etc.- 250£
Bathroom installation charges vary from region to region, so it would be difficult for me to make an accurate comment on the pricing, but from what you have described, i would assume that to be a competitive price for the work you require.
That seems expensive for only re - fitting a bathroom. Very little plumbing involved. Would have expected tiling and a bath shower installation for that money. From 1st Building Solutions
No,I can do for you £ 550 with materials, and if need the tile £25/Msq
To be totally honest it all comes down to how long the job will take, at the measurements stated just for labour I would say £800 + 20% £960 all in
Its better to make sure he does it right, now that's the hard part getting a quality fitter, the accent normally will tell you.
seems high for just replacing suite unless tiling being done as well then price ok
This is ok , the cost matches the size of bathroom. Ar trades would charge £1000 inc vat
Very expensive we usually charge around £500
A reasonable price is between 800-1000£ for labour, depends how difficult is the job.
Hello , my quote for 3 piece bathroom suite is 800 + vat
Regards,,,
On my experience that is expensive I normaly do 100pounds per piece including fitting materials.
is any tiling involved, if not seems a bit high, price in our area if everything going back in same place, would be 300-500

Labour only a fair price, to the client it seems a lot for a small area, but the smaller the room the more difficult to work with
what does it include is it just suite then probably a little high if it is tiling also then i would say you have a very competitive quote
If it's a straight swop then we could do it for £850.00
