No.. At least not in the same level
It is against all rools to fit WC's back to back across a soil pipe...for reasons that are obvious! The WC's need re-plumbing with the outlets at different levels or at different points along the soil pipe.

It really depends on how much space you have behind the wall and where the soil stack is positioned. Tricky without seeing the area. It doesn’t sound like you could as the frames and the soil pipe requires at least 450mm for each loo.

Yes this can be done with the correct venting and equipment.
It depends if there is enough room to access the soil stack with more than one coupling
Most houses have more than one toilet, and if they are on the same side of the house, their waste lines can usually tie into the same stack. If they are on opposite sides, however, each may need its own stack.

You need to find out if your wall is strong enough. I had to do one and rebuild the wall to hold it
