I’m absolutely delighted with my loft room refurbishment completed by Aaron and team. They were timely, hard working and super clean given the nature of the job (everything in and out through the house)! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Sussex Design and Construction and would definitely use Aaron again.

Owen Gallagher completed an outbuilding renovation for me as well as lay a new driveway which involved moving substantial amounts of earth and rubbish from the garden. The renovation work involved putting in new plasterboard ceiling and walls, windows, fitting a new toilet/shower suite, tiling etc. He also submitted the application for the planning application which were subsequently approved.I found him and his team to be reliable, hardworking and honest and did a good job on each occasion and promptly dealt with any minor snagging issues. More recently he has completed some fencing work and will be my first port of call for any future works.

Andrzej and his team did two jobs for me. The first was to replace old slabs in my garden and replace these with new tiles. The job was completed quickly and to a very high standard despite poor weather, completely transforming the back garden into a much more usable space. The second job was to repair damp inside the house where plaster had been damaged in a number of rooms and to refresh paint on other walls prior to renting out the property. Again, Andrzej and the team finished very quickly and to an exceptionally high level. On both jobs, Andrzej communicated very clearly on time, requirements, materials and price. He consulted with me throughout the job and advised of issues or additional requirements - all of which were necessary and improved the overall finish. After the works were completed, Andrzej left the house and garden very clean and came back after a few days to check on any issues. I would highly recommend EPD-Iwan for interior or exterior jobs and would happily hire Andrzej again.
