The job has been finished. The builder has done wonderful job and finished in two days. This is big surprise for me. The job has been done in an excellent manner and very neat and clean work done. At the end of work cleanliness was done by the builder, no extra pain for me. I would rate him 10 out of 10. I would suggest that if any one want loft conversion, replacement of loft etc he is the builder i would recommend. soft spoken and polite person. He is professional in this job and has good team with him I was not sure he would finish work in two days, rest one day in cleaning the premises. He is very reasonable as for as price is concerned and can compete in the market very well for winning the job. The quality of material used was of good standard. He has left warrantee for over 20 years for the loft and told verbally that in case of any emergencies he would be happy to visit.
