History:

Mark decided to start M.M Construction
to put some integrity back into construction, after all it has provided me with everything I have come to appreciate over the years. Until two years ago I was teaching construction at a local alternative education centre. I myself had been doing this for over eight years and wanted to pass my skills onto the next generation.
I got dismayed with the education system and decided to go it alone. I heard so many people were being ripped off by builders, sorry cowboys and cowgirls (yes they are out there to) that I decided to try and put the integrity back into construction. so here I am going strong.
My number one priority is you the customer.

Other:

I am qualified to teach construction to level three, qualified to carry out construction assessment.
I am accredited by City & Guilds in construction
and best of all you cant beat over thirty years of experience.

“Received a call from Mark last night to confirm address and start time. He arrived slightly early, however not an issue. Completed the job, very clean and tidy with no hidden extras. Have a couple of other jobs I will be passing onto Mark. Well done you !”
Refixing of a small number of fittings (Handyman)

“Mark completed various jobs around the house (rehanging a particularly troublesome curtain pole, a fitted wardrobe runner, various fittings and minor plaster repairs). All works were to an exceptional and professional standard and were undertaken within 48 hours of the initial enquiry, for a very reasonable price. Mark couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended.”

“Enquired through the 'myworkman' site and received a quote and when they could do the work. Agreed on the very reasonable quote and Mark and Martin both arrived on time and started on the job. Answers:

three days should be plenty of time, as long as all materials and equipment are on site, for a bathroom of average size.
Any competent trades man will be able to do this, i would advertise under handy person.
I would get plans and permission first, if required
Plasterer or builder doesn't matter
Doesn't matter on size of tiles, but if they are more difficult to lay then yes it will cost more bigger doesn't mean quicker,
