“I've never left negative feedback, but Simon hasn't left me a choice. His plastering was awful. He mixed the plaster in a black plastic bucket, and pieces of that plastic mixed in with the plaster. There were 30+ pieces left on the surface of the plaster. He also left huge gaps by the skirting board. He must have noticed all this, but said nothing. When I noticed, I asked for a £50 refund, and he agreed. He has since made excuses and two months later is silent. I'd look elsewhere.”
