Wood floor fitting (70sqm) - Flooring job in Finsbury Park

“Silvio has done a wonderful job in my flat. Right from the surveying stage he was able to evaluate the work properly and to give the right advice to have nice results and keep the budget low when possible. With his team he laid about 70sqm of solid wood floor, painted walls of the entire flat and restored the staircase. His attention to details made sure that the outcome was great. If something didn't come out perfect, he was happy to spend more time on it until i was happy. Totally recommended!”

Shower room installation time?

The max time to install those appliances as a proper job and testing it should take 2-3 days .

Deposit for bathroom refurb?

Depends on the agreement you have with you builder and how much trust you have in your builder , if the builder supply all materials it should be a certain percentage for the materials like 20-40 percent for materials and labour accordingly to the progress done usually the best is to have a contract done with all instalments payment agreed so there is no complications in one phrase try to keep it simple ,at the end of the day if the builder keep its promise than it shouldn't be any problems .

Would you recommend underfloor heating in a bathroom?

I recommend to have underfloor heating in the bathroom if you have floor tilling done as it keeps the floor warm especially winter time the most important is to use the right insulation before underfloor heating and use 200kw heating mattress as it take faster to heat up .regards ,silvio

Best paint brand for rental refresh?

The best paint for refreshing is duluxe paint super mat and a nice colour to use i would recommend almond white ,it's nice natural colour and makes the room very spacious.regards silvio builders .
