Hi it's Michael Reid here from Reid roofing and builders. We are a well established company in fife that carries out Fife council contracts. All our employees are time served tradesmen. All certificates shown for any rubber roofing or grp fibreglass roofing. All work fully guaranteed.

History:

I have been a roofer since passing my apprenticeship through Marley roofing after leaving school. There are so many different materials for roofing now a days but don't be alarmed as all certificates can be shown after doing all new product training down England thanks. Michael Reid.

Is a quote from a builder binding?

It is law that the builder gives you a seven day cooling off period. soon it will be a 14 day period. hope this helps thanks.

Acceptance of quote is it legally binding?

Only if both parties have signed the contract. by law the builder has to give u a 14 days cooling off period thanks. michael reid
