A solid pipe would be more advisable asda flexi pipe will be unreliable if there is hot water travelling through it during the moderation deterioration will not be suitable which will later on cause leaks solid pipe all the way through would be advisable hope this helps
Yes and more hard-wearing carpet which will be more suitable for traffic up and down hallway stairs and landing
Bath tap sounds to me like not suitable for water pressure or maybe rubber fittings which are where the tap areas are that can be easily changed as long as you got a ball valve shut off point
