The door may be binding on the hinges, you might need to pack the hinges out a fraction with a piece of card. this will stop it springing open when you try and close the door
I would use normal raw plugs and screws, tiles are generally ok to fix to to, just be mindful when drilling through not to have the drill on the hammer setting and drill through the tile slowly so you don't break the tile.
