At Carpentry and Glazing Services, we have over 30 years experience within the Building Industry, Completing Period Property restorations, Repairs and Maintenance for Private and commercial Clients, Home improvements and emergency repair services. We work closely with Local building Control, Architects and Consultants to ensure that every aspect of our work is carried out with utmost care

History:

Apprenticeship served 1982. Starting in the Glazing industry, evolved into the Upvc Windows and conservatories, with the new build construction industry everchanging, I started building single storey timber framed extensions which led me into period property restoration work, and have been doing this for over 15 years now, being the most enjoyable and satisfying work that I have been involved with.

Can you supply a couple of photo's please. then i can look into it for you. steve
The whole window shouldn't need replacing, check that the glass panes have been set on packers (to lift it off the base), and ensures no damp or water is effecting the glass seal. or alternatively you may need to check the stain or paint used on the frame is suitable, as some finishes have been known effect the glass seal.
