Usually re painting a room would include skirting walls and ceiling but that should of been made clear when priced!

Hi it's just where the timber has come away from the nails. just find the joists and re fix with screws or a carpenter
Laminate over ceramic tiles - damp proof
If it's a concrete floor substrate i would go with some kind of membrane because you will get condensation
Can you add intergrated dishwasher to an existing kitchen?
Hi yes you can but you will need a 600mm integrated unit possibly a door blank and being near a water and waste supply hope this helps
