My opinion would be rubber it’s very long lasting and looks a lot better than felt.
It all depends on what material the gutter you have really you can got for pvc, metal and all depends on colour
Yeah if it’s 50 years old it has had its time and this could be replaced. i would highly recommend to change it if it’s been on for this amount of time.
It all depends on what the customer would like they might want to go from slate to tiles or tiles to slates it all can depend on the request. my opinion you can’t just give a price without looking at what you are working with.
