Bathroom Light issue

Personally i would say you need the circuit testing to makesure the wiring is still ok, depending on what type of lighting it is it may have damaged them

Cost of replacing fuse box electrical test?

Between £300-£500 depending on if main bonding is in place and correct also any other issues they could come across ideally needs the wiring testing prior to changing the consumer to prove that it's in good condition
