First check that the old boiler is redundant if so cut back the lead pipes as far back as possible remove the said back boiler and brick up as required or if using as a gas fire form a new chamber by bricking up either side and fitting a lintel to mt's standard
First of all try again to contact them if no response report them to the site you got them of or you can pursue them through the trading standards and company house
Either foam up or sand cement fill then if the gap is wide place a bead over the gap then silicone seal up
No the back boiler needs removing and all the chamber and chimney flues need checking for leaks by using a smoke bomb pellet and possibly fitting a new style flue liner down the chimney
You could reduce the rain water pipe above the ground and fit a p trap gully and tap into the drain best option
