“When we finally got decent weather, Mally climbed up and down many many times and didn't stop unless I asked him if he wanted a drink. Even then he carried on working. He finished job in one day as he had discussed and gave me all details of what was needed. Lovely job as far as we can see ?? Mally is a very friendly catty man I would definitely recommend him. Also great to support a small business. ”

Firstly make sure your tradesman has insurance. alway get a quote for work explaining every step of work being carried out. invoice stating that the work has been carried out stating any changes, that should of been discussed fist if so. make payments via bank transfer, make a record of any contact you have made. then make a small clam through the courts
