When painting a wall the paint once applied should be rolled out flat and levelled off. no roller marks should be present in the wall. the painting of any wall adds additional paint hence if you have roller marks you will be increasing the thickens off the runs by applying new paint. the only way to rid would be to sand the roller marks out using a p120 grade sandpaper or finer then applying the paint properly using a roller and levelling / flattening off the paint properly when applied.
