About Us:

Hello, my name is Chris and i am 63 years young. I have been involved
in property maintenance, building and roofing most of my working life.
I recently decided to stop working for other companies and work for myself, as i wanted my son {who is very talented}, to be able to work with me. Ihave other tradesmen such as electricians, gas safe engineers, bricklayers etc,that i have worked with over years available as needed so can take on most projects. We take great pride in our work and always happy to advise.

Renovating a room advice

If you are having walls re-plastered do not prepare skirting first, as there will inevitably be some small spillage from plastering, and you will end up doing prep work twice. with regard fitting of new door there is no hard and fast rule on when to fit although i would advise one of the last jobs. if old door frames are in bad repair, to replace with new frames is not to difficult or expensive. most reasonable tradesmen should be capable of painting skirtings for you as well as other work. hope this helps.
