Depends if done by one person covering all trades who would do it on a overall price rather then days rate for certain tradesmen
Looking at £200 labour for the day plus materials
Its better to install the doorframes first then plaster up to them
I would contact the person who install them as you may need new unions
I would do the complete house but its very costly
