He fit my new vanity sink, bath pannel, toilet seat and laid new floor tiles. He did a fantastic job, Im am very pleased with it, I would have him work on my house again. • Drain down central heating system and flush out to clear all pipework and radiators. • Disconnect existing boiler and remove from site. • Drain down hot water cylinder disconnect from plumbing and wiring connections and remove from premises. • Modify pipework as necessary in order to accommodate new boiler. • Supply and install new condensing boiler and flue including making all necessary plumbing and electrical connections and running condensate pipe to waste. • Supply and fit Plume Management kit to flue. • Supply and install new controls package including zone valves, cylinder thermostat, room thermostat programmer and wiring centre. • Supply and fit central heating circulating pump. • Supply and fit programmable room thermostat. • Supply and fit x 2 thermostatic radiator valves. • Supply and fit 2 x new radiators. • Supply and fit indirect thermal store including all necessary plumbing and electrical connections. • To refill system, dose with corrosion inhibitor and test.
