Now there are gaps in the floor that need filling with self-levelling compound before I can put the carpet in. Also there is a hole in one of the walls that also needs filling.

Replacement of electrical socks - like for like. Replacement of ceiling light fixtures. Carpet removal and replacement laminate flooring. Complete redecoration throughout, except kitchen. In addition, there is a bathtub on the other side of where I would like the door to go, so this will need to be removed. I will then need to tile the floor where the bathtub was.

Aquaviva successfully completed the works requested. They are fair and knowledgeable people. My only cons: - I had to be quite involved in the process and had to source various materials myself - At times there was miscommunication between the different workers on who was responsible for what - Initial consultation was not very thorough and surprises came up, though they were resolved Overall and I am pleased with the results. I would recommend them for bathroom renovations. Thank you.
