We employed Melvin and his team to replace our front door. He came the next day to assess the job and provided a reasonable quote. He sourced all materials according to our requirements. The job was finished to a high standard in a reasonable amount of time. The team were polite, friendly and efficient, despite having to work in freezing conditions. We are very happy with the results. We highly recommend Brightstar Services and would not hesitate to use them again.

Claudette and her team did a great job replacing the carpet and windows in the advice room of our centre. Claudette was always quick to respond to emails and her prices were reasonable. We highly recommend them.

Quick fix and visited on Sunday to fix the problem . Low Charges

Superb service. I watched personally while Norik Grigorian carefully supervised a very attentive trainee. I would like to have been able to post a picture of the transformation to our kitchen since replacing the opaque with clear glass. Future possibility? He is due to return soon to rescue our high quality fitted wardrobe where the runners at the bottom were so badly installed that they have given us grief ever since we moved in 10 years ago. I will definitely use myworkman again

JG Builders were very professional contacted me the same day,communication was very good never a time i couldnt get hold of them if I needed to. On the day he was supposed to come he called me (10 minutes after he was due to arrive) to say he couldnt make it. He said he would come the next day but never showed up and didnt call me to apologise or explain. I then texted him 3 days later and he called to say he had been given a big job and that was why he hadnt turned up but he didnt want me to give him a bad rating so he would definitely come at 7pm the next tuesday. Again he didnt arrive and i have not had any contact from him since.

I only had a small job (front door replacement) but Jason took the time to run through options and reccomend the best route for our needs. He also finished off the work really well and left our flat looking better than when he arrived! I'd certainly reccomend him to others.

I recommend Richard to anyone who is looking for a hard working and honest contractor. He arrived when agreed, did a great job and cleaned up after him (which in my experience is not always a given!). He accidentally damaged a light fitting whilst working (he was working in a very confined area putting in a velux window) and replaced the fitting immediately at his own expense. Many thanks Richard - will be in touch as have more jobs to be done!

A punctual and friendly service was given by NK builders. As we were supplying the parts they even suggested where to look for them and sure enough we found it to be cheaper. Really pleased with the level of workmanship and eye for detail. So much so recommended to many other people. Great company wouldn?t hesitate to use them again!
