He is good at tiling. One reservation- he attached the basin to the tiled wall only with silicone. This might be considered normal, but the bolt holes are there for a reason! He also left a few small details unfinished. All in all- fair job given we needed it done quickly."

On the third day ,he asked for payment which he mentioned 70 percent of job competed and paid a sum of money as well . Whatever the job he has done not in a professional way . When I mentioned him about this ,he is threatening with legal action and refused to sign an agreement as well . I had to spend extra money to finish the work that he left. "

Do not give any money in advance , as he would not respond to your calls or texts . He bought many items and failed to submit the receipt as well"

Gave me a quote at the time requested and gave me a fairly decent price for a small bathroom refit and were able to start within a couple of days, great crack on.Told them if they did a good job would be able to recommend them for more jobs in the future. They cracked on with the job and seemed to be doing a reasonable job,however did not bolt toilet down, used mastic, didn't seal waste pipe and did a runner - bodget and scarper comes to mind, use at your peril "
