New pipes all the way to outlet. Towel rack, shower curtain, ceiling light and switch. Mirror with wall cabinet. Job to be completed inside of one month from now, but within 7 to 10 days of starting.

I had allocated GBP 2800 for the fitting of the bathroom and was pleased when their quote for labour was only 1700. plus materials which can be flexible depending on the problems of the job. The total cost turned out to be 2655 which is well under budget. We could not be happier with our new bathroom and would readily recommend Egis and Erika to anyone.

Small bathroom. The existing shower is ok but the bath needs taking out as it is not needed. The entrance to the shower needs to be easily accessible for an old and disabled person. Tiling and plastering will have to be done but no electrical work.

Someone from Powney's came and looked at the job,said they could do it and later that day they emailed a price and the date for the alteration. Two days later a tiler came to match the tiles. On the due date two people came at the time stated put covering on the carpets,worked through the morning without stopping and left about 2.00 pm.The work done was excellent and very satisfactory. Rubbish was taken away and the place left clean. Highly recommended.
