The electician believes that it is because the vent is blocked (by a bird nest or something similar) and water is therefore not able to escape, I need some to clear the vent and install a new extractor fan.

They stole my sweeping brush. They promised to send me a proper invoice and ten year guarantee. I did not receive any and did not get my brush back in spite of asking. They left the old Perspex panels in the alleyway and I had to bring them all in as this alleyway is shared by my neighbour they only came the next day
