I received a visit from Jamie of this company for a Quote to replace slabs on my drive. After a quick look he gave me an extortionate verbal quote in excess of ?2000. When I said that as a pensioner I could not afford that he stormed off to his van and started shouting abuse at me through his window. A most rude and unprofessional man. DO NOT USE.

Total cowboy, tried to bodge my tarmac drive, walked off the job when I complained that his work was substandard then demanded £500 for the totally rubbish work he had already done, supposed to be fitting new drain cover, man hole cover, linear drainage and tarmacking drive. His idea of a new drain was to put some gobbo on top of the old one (which was all sand) then tells me I need to pay £150 for a manhole cover as he didnt expect it cost that much.

Simon & Chris worked very hard today even in the rain to reconcrete part of my drive. They were very pleasant, helpful & professional The cost was very reasonable for a great job. They even fixed a leaky gutter, re pointed our chimney stack & also replaced missing mortar under a roof ridge tile, all for no extra cost. I would have no hesitation in hiring these guys again

My first time of using myworkman but it wasn't a great experience with this company Oaklands paving & Roofing. He moved my appointment 5 times and he finally showed up with no resources and paving blocks as agreed. He uprooted my grass, created a deep hole, messed it up, left his yellow string he is using to demarcate and left with no courtesy message till now after 3 days that he won't be coming back. I have picture evidence of how he left my front garden worse. AVOID
