Another electrician told me that earth bonding was required but Jason didn't take advantage of this and told me that there was already bonding to both water and gas pipes. He also checked my smoke alarms, without being asked, in case they were out of date (which, thankfully, they weren't).

4 spot lights were installed and different colours were switched between for me to select what is most appropriate for my sight. I did see the selections when Peabody’s electrician was fitting the lighting but the wrong one was chosen and I’ve been regretting it ever since. I am well aware of the extent of the job and it is the limited pride I still have, which sees me avoid requesting Peabody adjust the lighting again. A quote for the job would be much appreciated.

A second job was mentioned to Joshua after advertising the first. Because of the speed of completing the advertised job, Joshua did not charge me for an additional hourly-rate to carryout the second job – only a small amount for the extra work.
