Simon and his two sons did an excellent job. At Simon's recommendation I opted for premium roof felting to be torched onto our garden shed roof. The finish is so good that the shed almost looks as if it is new. The work was carried out at short notice and very quickly and efficiently. Simon was able to use the excess felt to repair our leaking garage roof by torching the felt to repair flashing around the roof so reducing cost. Also installed security lock to the garage door. Highly recommend!

1) To apply expanded foam on top of the back wall of the garage, to close the gaps between roof and wall. 2) To enclose the two holes in the concrete panels that are at ground level. Presumably, two cement boards to be secured internally over these. 3) To cut the damaged fascia board at the roof level of the garage - top right hand side - and replace with a new L shape fascia board. This damaged fascia board has come loose and reveals a gap in the garage.
