Now there are gaps in the floor that need filling with self-levelling compound before I can put the carpet in. Also there is a hole in one of the walls that also needs filling.

My only cons: - I had to be quite involved in the process and had to source various materials myself - At times there was miscommunication between the different workers on who was responsible for what - Initial consultation was not very thorough and surprises came up, though they were resolved Overall and I am pleased with the results.
