It fills up and runs down the wall. • own down pipe is needed to drain the water • • Back wall: • There are some areas that need cutting out and patched up. Also some other cracks to be cut out and filled • • the back step by the back door needs to be sealed as water is running under the step • • All the walls at back of house only needs stripping back. All cracks cut out back to brick. will need to use EMC expanding metal where there are deep cracks and then re-render and patch in preparation for a full x3 coat decorated finish

My only cons: - I had to be quite involved in the process and had to source various materials myself - At times there was miscommunication between the different workers on who was responsible for what - Initial consultation was not very thorough and surprises came up, though they were resolved Overall and I am pleased with the results. Firstly - Anthony is a nice man. However - he was tasked with some work to complete in a week - which he said he could and after two weeks - I had to pull him off the job as he wasn't giving it enough time- He lay down some decking and failed to cover the soil underneath with a membrane and the weeds are now coming through - he fitted french doors and the locks are already insecure and the fitting of the door leaves a lot to be desired. Personally I believe the job was too big for him.
