Change a toilet seat

Change a toilet seat. I am unable to unscrew the previous seat and I'm blocked. I have bought the new seat already.

Take down small build scaffolding, about half hour 21mm dril

Ten foot high roughly 4 standing poles and 3 planks of wood on top. Small job to just take down the scaffold built canopy. Requires 21mm head drill and ladder. I've got £65 for half hour job

4x curtain poles (and curtains) to hang

1 x large curtain pole to install (across 240cm wide doors) and 3 x small/medium curtain poles to install (c100cm wide). New holes to be drilled, fixings to be done etc. Poles are all chrome, 3 fixings each. House is 1930s, areas where screws needed do not sound hollow. Materials provided other than drill.

Fitting wall mount pull up bar

The holes in the outdoor wall need to be done with a 12mm drill bit and a strong masonry drill. There’s 6 holes to do.

1. Shower is leaking as sealant has come away from shower tray + 2. separate bath - also needs sealant replacing

Floating wall shelves

I have 6 floating shelves to be hang on the wall. I have detailed instructions how to assemble them. It can be installed on the wall seamlessly with the screws and cloaking metal plates. Will require a drill. This is 1-2 hours job for the afternoon during the week. I am looking for someone available Monday-Tuesday.
