Turk recognised the problem immediately from my description, came to t]at once.He was businesslike and precise, asking short sharp questions to eolicit what info he needed. Tony is a very friendly and easily approachable heating engineer. He was keen to resolve my issue over the phone rather cost me any money. His call-out charge is cheaper than the big firms that dominate google. Although the issue was simply resolved he was keen to maximize vlaue for money by making sure that my central heating was in good shape inside and out.
