The current square wooden base which the boiler sits on in the boiler cupboard is not stable, as the wood has become water damaged. A new base is needed. The boiler will be removed and replaced on the same day as the base is fitted. So a morning slot will be needed for the carpentry as the existing boiler will be removed in the morning and the new boiler fitted after the base has been replaced

There are 8 short shelves, one of which has already broken with the weight of the art books; and 2 long shelves (2.5m). All need reinforcing. 2) Remove 2 shelves of approx 55cm long from the wall; reduce the length by approx 3-4cm (to be confirmed); reattach to the wall with reinforcements. 3) Make and paint a 3rd shelf approx 114cm (L) x 25 - 30 cm (W); attach to wall with reinforcements.
