There was a serious leak from the upstairs bathroom in the ceiling of the kitchen. In order to find the source of the leak, we had to knock down part of the ceiling. All the woodwork and plaster were completely sodden and had to be pulled out. So there is now a large gaping gap. Its likely that the whole ceiling will need to be replaced. The ceiling area is approximately 1.5 x 1.5 meters
